This stunning card features the Celebrate Sunflowers Bundle in black with lots of gold accents!

The base of this card is a 8.5″ x 5.5″ piece of Basic Black Cardstock.

I used one of my Ornate Layering Dies to cut out a piece of Very Vanilla Cardstock. I used a piece of Gold Foil Sheets to mat the ornate layer so the lace detail showed through.

I stamped the sympathy greeting from my Peaceful Moments Cling Stamp Set in Memento Ink.

The beautiful foil sunflower is made with the pieces from the inside of the sunflower die from the Celebrate Sunflowers Bundle. TIP: Stick washi tape to the back of the framelit before you punch it out to save the inside pieces. You are actually using the pieces you’d throw away most of the time. This will leave you with a gold outline sunflower which you can use on another card or the card on the previous blog post!

Cut the base of the sunflower in Basic Black Cardstock and use the outline die to cut out another outline of the sunflower in Basic Black Cardstock.

Use your Fine Tip Glue Pen to glue the black sunflower outline to the black sunflower base.

Finally, transfer gold pieces to the black sunflower (like you are putting pieces in a puzzle!) from the pieces stuck to the washi tape.
