Whether your student is learning at school, at home, or somewhere in between this year, chance’s are their teacher could use a word of encouragement! Option: Teachers could change the greeting and make cards for their students.

This simple card is the perfect sentiment to start the school year off right.

I used a 8.5″ x 5.5″ of Real Red Cardstock for the base of this card.

Next, I embossed a piece of 5.25″ x 4″ piece of Crumb Cake Cardstock with the Pinewood Planks Embossing Folder. I cut out the blackboard from Basic Black Cardstock and stamped the “A+ Teacher” greeting from the Harvest Hellos Stamp Cling Set in Whisper White Ink.

I stamped the apples on Real Red, the leaves on Garden Green, and the stems on Crumb Cake Cardstock from the Harvest Hellos Stamp Set.
