I love how this birthday card looks and it is SO easy to make!

I started with a piece of 4.25″ x 11″ Highland Heather Cardstock for the base of this card.

Next, I stamped the balloon from the Hooray to You Cling Stamp Set in Highland Heather on Whisper White Cardstock. I cut out the piece of cardstock to 3.25″ x 4.5″.

Next, I stamped another balloon in Gorgeous Grape ink and fussy cut the “Happy Birthday” greeting from the balloon. I attached the greeting to the center of the Highland Heather balloon with dimensionals.

I matted the balloon image on a piece of Gorgeous Grape Cardstock.

I attached a 1″ strip of the Gorgeous Grape Brights DSP to the base of the card and adhered the balloon image to the center of the card.

Finally, I added a tiny rhinestone to the base of the balloon for a bit of sparkle!
