Ghoul Friends Halloween Card

Monster1.jpg

October is less than a week away and that means: HALLOWEEN!

The fun of Halloween is the perfect excuse to make some festive cards and kick off the holiday season! I hope these ghouls and goblins help to put you in a spooky (but not too scary!) mood.

I used a 8.5″x5.5″ piece of Basic Black 8-½” X 11” Cardstock for the base of this card.

Next, I ran a 5.25” x 4” piece of Gorgeous Grape 8-1/2″ X 11″ Cardstock through the big Shot with the new Stylish Scroll Embossing Folder

I stamped the “ghoul friends” greeting from the Spooktacular Bash Bundle with black ink on Granny Apple Green 8-½” x 11” Cardstock. Then, I used die from the Spooktacular Bash Bundle to cut out my greeting. I put my greeting on top of the ornate die piece I cut out of Black Foil Sheets which are PERFECT for adding a spooky touch to a Halloween card.  TIP:  You can punch shiny black cats, spiders, bats, witches, etc and the foil makes them pop on any card.

Monster3.jpgSelect two monsters from the Boo to You Stamp Set and stamp them in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink. The Stampin Blend Markers I used for coloring my monsters are listed in the supply list, but feel free to add your own personal touches!!

I embellished my monsters with these super cute Assorted Googly Eyes

Finally, attach your monsters and your greeting to the front of your card with Stampin’ Dimensionals

Check out my Ghoul Friends Card supply list!

BUNDLE AND SAVE: Have you seen the Monster Bash Suite Bundle?? FOUR of the products I used in this card are included with this bundle and I just paired it with the Boo to You Stamp Set. If you are making Halloween cards this season,  I highly recommend this bundle. It makes your cardmaking super easy and fun!!
