This festive card is made simple with the Snowflake Vellum from Stampin’ Up!

This card has a 4.25″ x 11″ piece of Balmy Blue cardstock. I adhered a 4″ x 5.25″ piece of Basic White cardstock to the front of the card.

I adhered some 4″ x 2.75″ pieces of Snowflake Vellum to the top and bottom of the card.

I stamped the “Peace & Happiness” greeting in Balmy Blue ink on Basic White cardstock and adhered it to the card over a strip of White Glimmer paper.

Finally, I adhered a Wonderful Snowflake to the card embellished with a rhinestone!
