This cute card starts with a 11″ x 4.25″ piece of Bermuda Bay Cardstock.

Next, I added a 3″ x 4″ piece of Hues of Happiness DSP to the left side of the card. I added a square of Coastal Cabana Cardstock (embossed with the Ornate Flowers Embossing folder–retired but available through me!) to the right side of the card.

Next, I stamped a hippo from the Hippest Hippos Stamp Set in Black Memento Ink on Basic White Cardstock. I colored the hippo in with my Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blends and the hippo’s stomach in Coastal Cabana Stampin’ Write Marker and the flower with the Bermuda Bay Stampin’ Write Marker.

I used my Layering Circles Die to cut out the hippo and matted the image on a scalloped circle cut from Granny Apple Green Cardstock with my Layering Circles Die.

I stamped the greeting from the Hippest Hippos Stamp Set in Bermuda Bay Ink on Basic White Cardstock. I adhered it on the card before adhering the hippo image with Dimensionals.
