I used a piece of 8.5″ x 5.5″ of retired Seaside Spray for the base of this card, but it would also work with Balmy Blue!

I matted a 3.5″ x 4.5″ piece of You’re a Peach DSP on a piece of 4 3/4″ x 3 3/4″ Whisper White Cardstock.

I stamped the “Hello Little One” greeting in Early Espresso on a piece of Whisper White Cardstock and cut it out with my Color & Contour die. I tied a pretty piece of blue ribbon around the piece of cardstock before adhering it to the center of the card.

I stamped the teddy bear in Crumb Cake Ink and used the corresponding die to cut it out. I adhered to the piece of Whisper White with dimensionals and embellished with a couple Pastel Pearls.
