This simple and sweet card features the Daffodil Afternoon DSP from Sale-A-Bration and the Daffodil Daydream Bundle. This design was inspired by a design by my good friend Marilyn Falco.

Start with a 4.25″ x 11″ piece of Pale Papaya Cardstock. Next, I cut a 4″ x 3″ piece of Daffodil Afternoon DSP for the bottom of the card.

I added a strip of Whisper White Cardstock to the top of the card stamped with the greeting from the Dragonfly Garden Stamp Set in Black Memento Ink.

For the scalloped piece, I cut a strip of Pale Papaya DSP and used the die from my Scalloped Contours Dies to create the scalloped edge. I tied some Pale Papaya Open Weave Ribbon around it before adhering it to the card.

Finally, I stamped the daffodil from the Daffodil Daydream Bundle on Whisper White Cardstock in Black Memento Ink. I used Old Olive and Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends Markers for the stem and leaves; Pale Papaya and Flirty Flamingo Stampin’ Blends for the center of the flower; and Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends for the petals. I adhered the flower to the card with Dimensionals!
