After you use your Sweet Stockings DSP to make this cute Santa Paws card, use that extra DSP to make this pretty card! Order soon because this DSP is retiring soon!
This card starts with an 11″ x 4.25″ piece of Pool Party Cardstock. I scored the card at 5.5″ and 6.75″. I glued down the 1.25″ piece so the front of the card is 4.25″.
I matted a piece of 1″ x 3-15/16″ Christmas lights DSP to a piece of 1-1/8″ x 4-1/16″ piece of Real Red Cardstock and adhered it to the left side of the card.
Next, I cut a 4-1/8″ piece of Real Red Cardstock and adhered it to the front of the card. I cut 2″ squares of Sweet Stockings DSP to mat on the piece of Real Red Cardstock.
Next, I stamped the “Merry Christmas” greeting from the Perfectly Plaid Bundle in Real Red Ink on Whisper White Cardstock. I cut out the greeting with my Tailor Made Tag Dies.
I stamped a couple pinecones in the corner with Early Espresso Ink and a Christmas tree in Old Olive and Early Espresso Ink on Whisper White Cardstock with the stamps from my Perfectly Plaid Bundle. I used the punch from the bundle to cut out the Christmas tree. I used a dimensional to adhere one pinecone to the tag.
Finally, I pulled some Real Red Sheer Ribbon (retiring soon!!) through the end of my tag and tied a Linen Thread bow around it.
