Today’s super simple and playful card features the Playful Pets Suite. It is SO cute for making cards for all the animal lovers in your life! 

This card is cute as is, but could either make a Birthday card or a pet sympathy card if you switch out the greeting. 

This card begins with an 8.5” x 5.5” piece of Real Red cardstock. 

Next, I cut a 2” x 5.5” of the Playful Pets DSP. 

I put the strip of DSP over a strip of Basic Black cardstock, leaving enough room on the left of the card for a little Real Red to show through! 

I used the Paw Prints die from the Playful Pets Suite and cut the shapes out of Whisper White Cardstock. Next, I used my Stitched Nested Label Die to cut out the Paw Prints so they are centered at the top of the piece of Whisper White cardstock. 

I stamped the “You are SO loved!” greeting at the bottom of the piece of Whisper White cardstock in Real Red ink. 

I fussy cut my puppy out of the DSP with my Paper Snips and glued him so he is centered on the piece of Whisper White cardstock.

TIP: You can choose ANY of the adorable dogs from the DSP! This DSP is so CUTE. It features Great Danes, German Shepherds, Yorkshire Terriers, Shih Tzus, Pekingese, Pomeranians, Dauschunds and other cute mutts! There are also some cat pages if you are more of a Cat Person 🙂

When you adhere the piece of Whisper White onto your card, put a piece of Basic Black behind the Paw Prints so they look black.
