I used a 4.25″ x 11″ piece of Whisper White Cardstock for the base of this card.  

Next, I cut a piece of 3″ x 5″  So Very Vellum Specialty DSP. This pretty vellum comes in three colors and adds dimension and a little bit of shine to any card.  Earn FREE with a $50 purchase before Saleabration ends!!

I cut a 1.5″ x 5.25 piece of the Purple Posy Best Dressed DSP. This DSP has really been a great investment. I’ve made SO many cards with this pretty paper and they all look different!  One is prettier than the next.

I cut a strip of Champagne Foil Sheet and adhered it over the seam of my DSP and vellum.  Next, I used my circle Stitched Shapes Dies to cut a piece of Whisper White Cardstock.

I used my Paper Snips to cut one of the flowers from this Flowering Foils Specialty DSP. This paper is so beautiful and the best part?? Besides earning it FREE?  You can color in the flowers to match any card you want! For this card, I used my Sponge Daubers and did the petals lightly in Highland Heather.  TIP:  Use sponge daubers by placing the dauber on your finger and taping the spongy part on your inkpad.  I daubed the petals in Soft Sea Foam and then added some Pear Pizzazz for some dimension! Finally, I colored the center of the flower and buds in with my Light Calypso Coral Stampin’ Blend Marker. I adhered the flower to my circle using Dimensionals.  

For the greeting, I used the “Happy Birthday” stamp from Happy Birthday To You Cling Stamp Set— another Saleabration product you can earn FREE!! I stamped it in Highland Heather on Whisper White Cardstock. I used a bit of Soft Sea Foam Cardstock for the bottom border of the greeting.
