Start with a 8.5″ x 5.5″ piece of Basic Black Cardstock.  Cut a strip of 5.5″x .5″ Gold Foil Sheets.  Then a piece of 5.5″ x 2″ Honey Bee printed paper from the Golden Honey Specialty DSP pack.

Cut two honeycomb pieces of gold foil cardstock from the Detailed Bees Dies.

TIP:  Glue detailed framelits like this one with the Fine Tip Glue Pen.  It has a needle point for tiny amounts of glue.
