Start with an 8.5” x 5.5” Balmy Blue Card Base.  Cut a decorative strip with the Delicate Lace Framelits and place under a 3.5” x 4.5” piece of Whisper White Cardstock.  Stamp the birthday cake image with Momento Ink on the Whisper White.  Color and shade with Balmy Blue Light and Dark, Crumb Cake Light and Old Olive Light Stampin Blends.

Tie your stamped To You greeting on with a piece of Whisper White Bakers Twine.  Pop the piece of Whisper White with the cake image up with dimensionals, stamp the Happy Birthday image on the inside on a piece of 4 x 5.25” whisper white cardstock and voila! You have a beautiful birthday card.
