Fall is only a few weeks away! AND customers can begin ordering from Stampin’ Up’s Holiday Catalog one week from today! SO EXCITING because there are so many great products!!

I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to show off the Harvest Hellos Bundle from the Holiday Catalog. This is the perfect bundle to transition from hot, sunny August  to the crisp days of Autumn. The stamps in this set double as apples and pumpkins and the punch makes this card so much easier! 

To make this card, start with a 5.5” x 8.5” of Pumpkin Pie 8.5” x 11” Cardstock.

Next, secure a piece of 5.25” x 4” of the Wood Print from the Come to Gather Designer Series Paper to the front of the card.  I can’t wait to show off the rest of this paper, but the shiplap paper makes the perfect backdrop for the pumpkins on this card. 

Next, stamp your pumpkins on a piece of Whisper White 8-1/2″ X 11″ Cardstock using a Memento Inkpad— this is the ink you need to use for coloring with Stampin Blend Markers.  Color two pumpkins using the Dark Pumpkin Pie Stampin Blend Marker then outline using the Dark Cajun Craze Stampin’ Blends Marker.   Color the last pumpkin  with the Light Pumpkin Pie Stampin’ Blends Marker and outline with the Light Cajun Craze Stampin Blend Marker. This will add some variation to your card.  Punch all three pumpkins with the Apple Builder Punch.  LOVE our punches!! So easy.   Pop the top pumpkin with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Stamp leaves and stems with Black Memento Ink. To add some dimension to your leaves, color them in using your Light Old Olive Stampin’ Blends Marker and then outline them with the Dark Old Olive Stampin Blend Marker. Color the stems with Dark Crumb Cake Stampin Blend Marker.  Cut the stems and leaves with scissors.  TIP:  When cutting leave a small white border around your leaves and stems.  It looks so much better than cutting flush against the image.

Once your pumpkins are affixed to the front of your card, stamp the “Give Thanks” greeting onto a 2 3/4 x 3/4″ piece of Whisper White 8-1/2″ X 11″ Cardstock.  Use a Stampin’ Sponge and your Pumpkin Pie Classic Stampin’ Pad on the edges of the greeting. Finally, embellish the greeting with a bow of the Mossy Meadow linen thread from the Magnolia Lane Ribbon Combo Pack.  Stick bow on with a Mini Glue Dot.
