It’s Saturday and I have a simple post. If you love purple, this card is for you! It features the set You Are Remarkable and the Spring Corners dies. It also uses the beautiful Celebratory Sips DSP. This card combines products from different suites, but the result is beautiful. So, let’s jump right in!

For the card base, I cut a piece of Blackberry Bliss cardstock to 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ on my Paper Trimmer, scored and folded at 4-1/4″, and burnished with my Bone Folder. I cut a strip of Highland Heather cardstock to 1/2″ x 5-1/2″. I cut a piece of Mossy Meadow cardstock to 3″ x 4″. I cut a piece of Basic White cardstock to 2-3/4″ x 3-3/4″. I cut a piece of Celebratory Sips DSP to 2″ x 5-1/2″.

With the white piece I die cut two corners from Spring Corners die set on my Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine. I positioned the dies exactly where I wanted them and then taped them to my cardstock with Easy See tape so they didn’t move while die cutting.

I stamped my sentiment from the You Are Remarkable stamp set in Blackberry Bliss ink in the center of the piece. When placed on the Mossy Meadow piece, the green peeks through the die cut openings. I die cut the larger flowers from Country Birdhouse die set (Last Chance item!) from Highland Heather cardstock. I adhered them over the openings cut by the die.

I adhered (using my favorite adhesive, Multipurpose Liquid Glue or Stampin’ Seal) my strip of Highland Heather cardstock to the left side of the card, leaving a 1/8″ border to the left. Then, I added my strip of DSP, leaving 1/8″ of the Highland Heather peeking out to the left. Finally, I added my focal panel with Stampin’ Dimensionals, centering it on the card.

For a little sparkle, I added a Rhinestone in the center of the purple flowers.

To finish the card, I stamped a sentiment on a 4″ x 5-1/4″ piece of Basic White cardstock and glued it inside the card.
