Since today is the last day of Sale-abration, I thought I would post a bonus card that uses Sale-abration freebies! To make the card base, I cut of Melon Mambo cardstock to 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ on my Paper Trimmer, scored and folded at 4-1/4″, and burnished with my Bone Folder. I cut a piece of Basic White cardstock to 3-1/4″ x 4-5/8″ for a matte. I cut a piece of the Bloom Impressions DSP to 3″ x 4″. This paper is directional, so you will want to be careful to cut it the correct way. I cut this piece into four 1″ strips. You can mix the strips up or keep them in order for continuity on your card.

I stamped Thank You from the Heart Shaped bundle on a scrap of Basic White cardstock with Melon Mambo ink. I cut it out using the label die from Heart Shaped bundle on my Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine. I also cut the flower die from Melon Mambo cardstock and the leaf die from Shy Shamrock cardstock. These colors are featured in the DSP.

Now I have all my pieces and can assemble the card. I used my favorite adhesive (Multipurpose Liquid Glue or Stampin’ Seal) to adhere my DSP strips to my white matte piece, with 1/8″ borders all around. I laid the pieces on my matte before glueing to double check the fit. I glued this panel to my card base.

I used a Sponge Dauber to add a bit of Melon Mambo ink to the edges of my flower die cut. You could totally skip this. I adhered the leaf die cuts to the back of the flower die cut and adhered this grouping to my label. I adhered the label to my card using Stampin’ Dimensionals. To add a bit of sparkle to the card, I added a Rhinestone to the center of the flower.

To finish the card, I added a 4″ x 5-1/4″ piece of Basic White cardstock to the inside of my card.
