This card has a 5.5″ x 8.5″ Balmy Blue Cardstock base. I adhered a 5.25″ x 4″ piece of Basic White Cardstock to the front of the card. Next, I adhered a piece of 5″ x 3.75″ the Rain or Shine rain drop Specialty DSP (still available through me!)

I stamped the greeting from the Playing in the Rain Stamp Set in Misty Moonlight Ink on Basic White Cardstock. I used the cloud punch to cut out the greeting.

I cut a rectangle of Basic White Cardstock and stamped the raindrops from the Playing in the Rain Stamp Set in Balmy Blue Ink. Next, I cut out the character from the Rain or Shine Specialty DSP and adhered it to the rectangle with Dimensionals. I matted the image on a piece of Balmy Blue Cardstock.
